Two new art events of note Thursday night!
Posted Wednesday, June 20, 2012

Hey Beguiling customers,

We've been tipped off to two cool new arts events occurring tomorrow night, and we think both would be of interest to you. One of them is Right Next Door at Honest Ed's, and the other is a superhero comic book themed event happening at Queen and Ossington. They're both interesting mixes of art and commerce, both quite uniquely Torontonian.

Building upon the store’s tradition of craftsmanship, Toronto artists Corinne Carlson, Robin Collyer, Barr Gilmore, Jen Hutton, Sarah Lazarovic and Vancouver-based Ron Terada create new works that explore the visual vocabulary of commercial and urban signage, infiltrating the iconic building and its façade with site-specific installations."
